Larry's background in architecture includes production of construction documents and construction administration. His involvement in the firm's projects starts with the review of construction documents as a final quality check and proceeds through the bidding phase. He is typically on site during construction at least once per week in addition to preparing paperwork and follow-up in the office.

"I follow the construction in the field, making sure a project is built according to the drawings and specifications," Riley explained. "I enjoy seeing the whole process develop from the ground up."
