Kathy has many roles with WTM which include development of marketing information and promotion, coordinating responses to requests for proposals, and pairing potential clients with the best architect or architects for their projects. She also represents the firm through membership in local organizations, committees and volunteer groups.

"I just want people to be aware of who we are," Reis said. "We measure up with some of the biggest firms in the state in projects and experience. I want to educate people about what we are capable of doing; that we have the knowledge and expertise."

Outside the office, Reis sits on her township's planning commission and serves as secretary to the township's Zoning Board of Appeals — roles that give her a unique perspective on clients' needs. "Working with the planning commission and zoning board gives me a well rounded view," she said.
