This wood- and brick-sheathed office building houses two orthopedic surgeons, and the building design allows for future expansion that will double its 4,900-square-foot size. The building contains exam and treatment rooms as well as x-ray and other support functions. A partial basement storage/mechanical space was also included.

Master planning laid the groundwork to develop the site into an eventual medical office subdivision.
