The new Clinton County Courthouse was designed to fit into the historic downtown of St. Johns. A strong desire by community members to enhance their downtown led to a design that reflects the late 19th-century buildings lining Clinton Avenue off the main entrance of the courthouse. The new courthouse also brings all county functions together under one roof for the first time in many years.
