This project at Saginaw Valley State University consists of the construction of a new addition for the School of Engineering as well as the renovation of the existing Pioneer Halll.

In addition to classrooms and instructional laboratory spaces, the second floor of the addition is mainly comprised of offices for the dean and staff and includes meeting and gathering spaces.

This project is targeted to receive LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification which will make it the first on the campus of SVSU to attain that designation.
