About UsOur Team

Thumb National Bank acquired a 1922 Carnegie Library building after its closure in 2005 and came to our firm to design and implement an adaptive reuse program for a banking facility. Exterior work included masonry restoration, a new resin slate roof, canopy addition, drive-thru lanes with ATM and landscaping. Energy efficiency measures included window replacement, new mechanical and electrical systems, and the creation of a 16 foot high, glass vestibule enclosure to provide an air lock. New offices were formed in the former stacking area, an elevator, ADA toilet facilities, faux finishes, and marble refurbishing completed the restoration/ renovation project.
